The end of May marks our annual staff training and as such some dates through May 2016 we will only be offering limited support. Support will only be given to urgent essential issues where a server or service is not connectable. This does not include ip blocks in our network firewalls.
This year our annual training takes place 27th May 2016 right through till the 31st May 2016 during this time only issues submitted to our “connectivity” department will be answered. It’s important to remember this team only deals with serious issues like an offline server and only implements “band aid” fixes to correct issues temporarily until our regular support team can intervene. If you submit general support tickets to this team they will go unanswered.
