Updates to Invoice Payments Via PayPal
As a provider of reliable budget Hosting services we take payments using PayPal, As such PayPal take a percentage of your transaction to cover fee's for using the payment gateway. For years we have incorporated this payment into services to mitigate the need to pass the cost onto you, the customer, unfortunately this is no longer possible and from the 1st of April 2015 a 4% charge will be applied to all payments made via PayPal.
Customers who have an active subscription should modify their payment subscriptions when there next invoice is generated to include the 4% charge if this is not done your invoice will be left with a balance and the service could be suspended pending the balance being paid in full. Further assistance is available from our support team should you need it, you can login to your client area and submit a ticket for direct one on one support from our billing team.
