SS3 / SS5 Migration

Hi , we've got some exciting news to share with you, we are overhauling our Reseller Services which means your in for a treat!

We will soon be migrating all users of SS3 and SS5 onto a single Dedicated Server increasing the features we offer, resulting in an improved experience for your customers.

Over the next few months we will be introducing new plans and pricing for new customers with existing service plans being retired, this means you will still pay the same great price but will enjoy all of the new benefit's for free. These benefits include a new Intel i7 Dedicated Server offering 40% more power, network ports being upgraded from 100MBPS to a 1GBPS along with a slick new control panel design fully optimized for mobile and tablet devices. We're also adding another PHP version, that means you have a choice of SIX to run on and more Instant Installs to play with.

Following user feedback we are also increasing the amount of virtual memory each account can use from 200MB to 350MB and introducing an affiliate system which means you can earn some serious cash! Another new feature will change how bounced emails appear.  These emails are normally returned in an uninteresting text format which are rarely read so we're changing the way they look to include pictures and Google Ads with useful information.

#### Next Steps ####

If you use the default name servers on SS3 (ns1 & ns2.sikserver3.com) then there's nothing to do, The first thing you will notice is when you come to the cPanel/WHM login screen, if it's not the standard login screen then your on the new server already. If you have private name servers or your account's are on SS3/SS5 we will be contacting you individually to work with you while we migrate your accounts.

All migrations are aimed to be completed by the end of this month with SS3(VM) and SS5 being shut off on 1st March 2015, SS3 will be the first migration with account's being pointed to the new server Sunday 15th Febuary 2015, During this time you won't see any downtime to your websites but some features like Email may see a few hours disruption, If this happens we will store all send and received mail until we can deliver them.
