New Verification Guidelines

In an attempt to provide an even more secure service for all of our users and to protect against fraudulent transactions from 27/11/2014 we will now introduce a new system before we activate certain orders.

All purchases of VPS servers and Dedicated Servers will now require us to verify the billing contact. This includes our customers providing us with ID and proof of address. If we require verification you will receive the below email when we receive your order, If ID is not supplied within 7 Days the order will be cancelled and the funds transferred back to the billing contact. If current customers with active services want to purchase new services we may wave this check at our discretion, We will decide whether to ask for ID based on the way your account has been run in the past.

To submit documents for us to validate your order please login to your account and open a support ticket to the "Verification Team" and attached your ID to your ticket.
