LTSP (Long Term Support Policy)
The LTSP is designed to give you the customers excellent customer service from us, As a budget provider of VPS servers it’s not possible to offer everyone free support, Many of our customers are able to fix most software related issues on their own, And to include the LTSP price in our packages would simply not be fair on them. To this end we are now allowing customers who need a bit more support from us to purchase packages designed to fit their needs.
LTSP Level One (Included In All Packages)
Level one is included in all VPS and Dedicated packages level one support includes;
- Assistance should any hardware fail in your Dedicated server
- Replacement of any hardware that fails or which you request
- Assisted hard reboots to get your server back online
Please Note;
- > No software related issues are covered under Level One support
LTSP Level Two – (£7 per Month)
Level two is the basic package designed for people who won’t need much assistance over the month, Level two includes;
- Assistance should any hardware fail in your Dedicated server
- Replacement of any hardware that fails or which you request
- Assisted hard reboots to get your server back online
- 30 minutes technical support time each month
LTSP Level Three – (£10 per Month)
- Assistance should any hardware fail in your Dedicated server
- Replacement of any hardware that fails or which you request
- Assisted hard reboots to get your server back online
- 1 Hour technical support time each month
- Critical OS Updates
Anything support time needed outside of these guidelines is chargeable at our discretion If you use all of your support time you can purchase more or move up to the next level of support, Additional time is charged at £25 per hour, Once you go up a support level you can decrease it the the level below after one month.
