Above Average Response Times Expected 23/05/14-26/05/14
Due to the bank holiday and ongoing staff training our support response times could be longer than normal for the period stated, As such we will be introducing the priority meter to assist you better. During the 23rd, 24th, 25th of May when submitting support ticket please use the "priority" feature as listed below.
"High" - Seeing downtime, Server off-line, No service
"Medium" - No downtime, but some features are not available
"Low" - General issue or question
Please remember to pick the correct priority, Incorrect priority labels on tickets will result in your ticket being placed to the very back of the queue. Tickets labeled "high" should receive a response almost right away, some exceptions can be expected.
