In cPanel version 11.42.X cPanel released an alpha version of the new look for cPanel, Paper Lantern, Some people are using this Alpha skin already but here is the latest on the new look for cPanel. In cPanel 11.42.2 there will be an update which includes support for CloudFlare & Softaculous, As of yet anyone using Paper Lantern won’t see these options in cPanel.
