RE- VPS / Dedicated LTSP Addition
We are streamlining the way we deliver excellent customer service to our users, As a budget provider of Web Hosting services First2Host will now introduce an LTSP (Long Term Support Policy) to all our users, This LTSP will detail what we will support and what we will not support. All packages will now only come with basic support from First2Host, Resellers and Web Hosting users will have a different level of support as to Dedicated and VPS customers and as such the Shared LTSP will be released soon.
There will be Three levels of support to VPS & Dedicated users.
Level 1 Support - Included
Level 2 Support - £7 Per Month
Level 3 Support - £20 Per Month
Level One support will be included in all VPS/Dedicated plans here's what we will cover under level one.
> Hardware failures of all types including 1 hour repair or replace.
Under the level one policy if you require further assistance with your service and the issue is not hardware related you will be charged a flat rate of £20 per hour with a minimum of 1 hours admin time being available.
Level Two Support
Level two support is an additional product to be purchased with your service. This will allow you up to 30 minuets admin time per month to resolve issues, Unused time can not be carried forward and is bought on a monthly subscription basis and runs for the life of your account. The cost of lever 2 support will be £7 per month. Additional time can be purchased at £15 Per hour if needed.
Level Three Support
Level Three support allows 1 hours per month of administration time with the addition of installed OS updates and cPanel system updates, The cost of Level Three Support will be £20 Per month and once signed up this runs for the life of your account. Further time can be purchased for £10 per hour if needed.
