Unfortunately due to some extream weather conditions our support department is currently seeing a power outage. At prescent our UK based staff are unable to answer tickets leavings a handful of support staff to manage the whole ticket queue.
Tickets will now be answered via there priority, If you have connection issues including DNS, Email, HTTP issues please mark your support tickets as high and this will receive immediate attention, All other issues please mark as low and we will work on your ticket as soon as possible.
