RE- Possible Outages
Over the next few days we will complete our upgrades to all our nodes. The final node to be migrated to our new Dell servers is the one housing your client area. Unfortunately this means some of our services won't be available this weekend. For VPS customers the remote control options will be off line until Monday, You will need to login to your host node control panel to manage your VPS, This also means automatic creation of VPS servers for Resellers will also be off line. You will also need to login to the host node control panel to complete setup's.
If you can't, or won't in some cases...... Send a support ticket into us and we will email the details of the new setup's to you, This way will obviously be slower. Invoices generated after today but before Monday may also be out of sync, Please check invoices and report any issues to the billing team.
Node access is via http://64.251.22.90:5353 your username starts VMUSER.
**UPDATE 16/11/2013 **
The domain side of the client area had now been migrated and is back online, You can now manage your domain names again from the client area.
