Earlier this year we agreed to provide our users with website monitoring, We moved into a beta production a few months ago and now we announce the service is going live. Branded under amionline.net the service will look for the headers in the site you specify and if it can't find them it will report back to you via email that they can;t be found, This means the site is off-line and you need to find out why.
Web Hosting & Reseller Account users would now need to enter a support ticket, Verify you can't navigate to the site via your browser first.
VPS users on an unmanaged plan would need to investigate why there server is off-line, You can contact cPanel support via
WHM > Support >Contact cPanel.
Getting Started
Navigate to http://amionline.net and register for a free account, It's important you use the same email address you use to login to the client area, Failure to do so will mean your account will be deleted. This service is only for use by our customers.
Enter the URL you wish to monitor, This would be your Web Hosting URL, Reseller Account URL or your server IP. If you are using your server IP you should enter it like http://192.168.2.1
Once the above is completed there should be no need to login to the amionline service again, Should you site seem down you will be sent an email. It's best to have you email downloaded to a smart phone, this way you will always get the email. Please contact support via the relevent department for assistance.
