** PLEASE NOTE THE NEW NAME SERVERS ARE NS1 & NS2 **NOT** DNS1 & DNS2 **
If you can't see your site after updating the DNS please check you have the right name servers
Users of SS3 it's now time to check your sites and update your DNS setting to reflect your new Dell power server. Using the advice below check all your site's are working and when your happy just simply update the DNS on the domain names you have to the following;
ns1.sikserver5.com 64.251.13.193
ns2.sikserver5.com 64.251.13.194
SS5 is just one of our new 50 3rd generation servers, offering IpV6, 1GB Internet ports eight massive 4.0GHZ Intel Ivy Bridge processors, The sooner you update the sooner your website and customers will benefit from the new features. cPanel on SS3 will cease to work 25/09/2013, All information will be kept on the server in-case any users have any issues but you won't be able to login to cPanel or WHM, FTP or Web Mail. Act now and check your sites then update your DNS to avoid losing any services.
If you can't update your DNS right away don't worry, Your sites will still function and they won't go off line until late next month.

CHECK YOUR SITES

After 21/10/2013 use the cPanel temporary link to check your site and your customers sites are on the new server and working, This is done by navigating to the server IP and including your cPanel user name for example;
http://64.251.13.193/~sikserv
Would take you to what would normally be the users sikserv website. Just replace the letters after the ~ with the cPanel user name, If you notice errors please contact support, Some sites by default will not display correctly using the temporary link.

RESELLER ACCOUNT USERS

You can direct your customers to http://sikserver5.com for instructions on what they should do, For ease we have populated this information into cPanel for you, When your customers login they will see the notice and can read what they need to do to move to the new server.
** Resellers will now also have the ability to run multiple copies of PHP, useful if you have scripts & programs that haven't been updated to the latest versions, Look out for the "PHP Update" email after the migration is complete **
