This year we made you aware we planned to implement an uptime monitoring feature to the Client Area, This feature will check servers and nodes are on-line every 10 seconds, Should the server your account uses or the node your vps fails our customers will immediately receive an email or text advising it's failed.

Although Reseller account holders would not need to do anything in this case we feel it's important to be open and honest with our customers  and to this end I would like to announce that the new First2Monitor system is now moving into a BETA production. We have selected 10 Resellers and 10 VPS server customers to trial out this service and report any bugs.

Those enrolled on the scheme will see a new tab "Customer Links" in their client area, Under this tab you will see the link "Monitoring" simply click this and the latest report will be displayed. You can add phone numbers and email addresses to your account in the normal way, All of these contact details will be used if a fault is found. In addition to this it seems prudent that should a VPS server fail our support department are made aware of it, Since our servers are unmanaged if the issue is not node related our support department will not act to bring your server on-line and you should begin rectifying the issue right away.

More information on the Beta test will be released into our customer forums, Users can also report bugs in the system via the forums.
