Were moving our payments system "in house" and doing away with PayPal as our payment processor, Since we reverted back to a none secure environment we have been testing the industry standard 3-D Secure – an industry wide initiative, that provides an added layer of safety to your transactions. Now 3D Secure is in Beta and being used by a select few Reseller customers. The new system works in much the same way but without the need to be sent to PayPal then after payment redirected back via a callback module, Instead our client area system will now process all credit and debit card payments.
We hope to have 3D-Secure in place within a week or two so check twitter, the forums and here for more information as it becomes available. Bit-coin as requested is also in the process of being installed, Whilst the payment module has already been coded and installed there are bugs to the system that need fixing before we can move it to a beta production.
Card payments and subscriptions will work in the same way, If you want to automatically pay your invoices then you can continue to use PayPal or store your card details in the client area , as invoices are generated cards will be charged.
Once we move the 3D-Secure system to a live environment we will advise.
