There are currently a number of domain name orders pending in the system for resellers and vps customers due to incorrect information we hold on you. As our system is fully automated any errors are automatically detected and the order placed into a "pending" state. All of these orders have failed because of the phone numbers in your account. It's important to add your country code ie +44 for the UK Not just 01211234556 it should read +4401211234556 (you can leave the first 0 out)
please can you ensure that your numbers are in the correct format to avoid delays.
