Over the past twelve months, we’ve introduced a number of improvements to give our customers greater control over their services. These changes have already reduced support times and enhanced overall reliability.
One of the key developments this year is our new On Call service. Our monitoring systems now automatically alert an on call engineer to any incidents, ensuring rapid response when it matters most. As a result, we have withdrawn the previous Emergency Support function.
We’re proud of the dedication our team shows throughout the year in delivering first-class service. To recognise their hard work, we will be giving our team members:

During these closed periods, our on-call service will be activated. This means:

During the festive & New Year period, our systems will continue to operate as normal for automated functions:

Service ordering remains available at all times at https://first2host.co.uk & https://my.f2h.cloud.

IPv4 & IPv6 delivery is fully automated and will continue without interruption.

Dedicated Servers (physical hardware) will still be available to order, but please note that delivery will take 24–72 hours. We kindly ask for your patience during this time.
With these automations in place, customers can continue to manage and expand their services even while our team enjoys their well-deserved Christmas and New Year break.
IP Manager
The IP Manager allows you to manage all aspects of your IP Blocks. From setting PTR records to unblocking IPs.

**Key Features:**
- Configure individual PTR/rDNS records.
- Bulk Configure PTR/rDNS records.
- Unblock IPs flagged for spam.
- Unblock IPs flagged as hacked.
**Bulk PTR/rDNS Configuration:**
Use the format below (IP followed by a space and hostname):
```
192.168.1.20 host1.server.com
192.168.1.21 host2.server.com
```
**Please Note:**
- If any of your IPs become blocked in the Anti-Hack or Anti-Spam system. A notification will be displayed at the top of the IP Manager. You can unblock the IP only a certain number of times. Should you unblock an IP and then block it again by sending spam. A time restriction will be placed on when the IP can be unblocked again.
- IP Block information is not real-time. It's updated hourly.
- The task queue is processed every 60 seconds, and the queue refreshes every 30 seconds.
- The task queue will process batches of jobs. In busy times, it may take some minutes for tasks to process.
