This year our General Support, Sales and Billing teams will finish for the Christmas period at 5 PM on Monday 23rd December 2024. These teams will resume work on Friday the 27th of December 2024 at 9 AM. As general support is offered Monday to Friday these teams will then not return to work until 2nd January 2025.
Expect delays to all requests submitted.
